1. 개인정보의 처리 목적

스튜디오는 프로젝트 문의를 접수하고 회신(상담·견적 안내 등)하기 위해서만 개인정보를 처리합니다. 다른 목적으로는 이용하지 않으며, 목적이 바뀌면 미리 알리고 필요한 경우 동의를 받습니다.

2. 처리하는 개인정보의 항목

• 문의 양식 — 필수: 이름 또는 회사명, 연락처(이메일 또는 전화번호), 만들고 싶은 것(문의 내용) / 선택: 서비스 형태, 참고 서비스나 자료, 희망 일정, 예산 범위 / 자동 기록: 접수 시각, 접수 언어
• 이메일 문의([email protected]) — 보낸 사람의 이름과 이메일 주소, 메일 내용

웹사이트에 접속하면 호스팅 사업자(Cloudflare)가 보안과 운영을 위해 접속 정보(IP 주소 등)를 처리할 수 있습니다. 스튜디오는 이 정보를 따로 수집하거나 보관하지 않습니다.

웹사이트 이용 현황을 보기 위해 Cloudflare Web Analytics(방문 통계)를 씁니다. 페이지를 열면 방문한 페이지 경로, 들어온 경로(이전 페이지 주소), 페이지 로딩 속도 같은 정보가 브라우저 종류 등 일반 접속 정보와 함께 Cloudflare로 전달됩니다. 쿠키나 브라우저 저장소는 쓰지 않으며, Cloudflare는 IP 주소를 저장하지 않는다고 밝히고 있습니다. 스튜디오는 개인을 알아볼 수 없는 집계 통계(방문 수, 페이지별 방문, 유입 경로 등)만 봅니다.

3. 개인정보의 처리 및 보유 기간

• 문의 양식으로 받은 정보는 접수일로부터 1년이 되는 달의 말일까지 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.
• 이메일 문의는 마지막으로 메일을 주고받은 날로부터 1년이 되는 달의 말일까지 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.
• 문의가 계약으로 이어지면, 계약 이행에 필요한 정보는 계약서에서 정한 기간과 관계 법령이 정한 기간 동안 보관합니다.

4. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법

• 문의 양식으로 받은 기록은 구글 스프레드시트에만 저장하고, 접수일로부터 1년이 지나면 매일 자동으로 시트에서 지웁니다. 시트에 남는 변경 기록(버전 기록)은 매월 1~5일에 삭제합니다. 문의 알림 메일에는 이름·연락처·문의 내용을 담지 않습니다.
• 이메일 문의는 매월 1~5일에 보유 기간이 지난 메일을 삭제하고, 휴지통에서도 바로 영구 삭제합니다.
• 종이 문서로는 보관하지 않습니다.

5. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

스튜디오는 정보주체의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

6. 개인정보 처리의 위탁

스튜디오는 문의 응대를 위해 다음 업무를 위탁합니다.

• Google LLC — 문의 양식 접수 처리(Google Apps Script), 문의 기록 저장(구글 스프레드시트), 이메일 문의 수신·새 문의 알림(Gmail)
• Cloudflare, Inc. — 웹사이트 호스팅(Cloudflare Pages), 방문 통계(Cloudflare Web Analytics), [email protected]으로 온 메일 전달(Cloudflare Email Routing)

7. 개인정보의 국외 이전

위 위탁 업무를 위해 개인정보가 다음과 같이 국외로 이전·보관됩니다. 문의 응대(계약 체결 전 요청 처리)에 필요한 처리위탁·보관이므로 「개인정보 보호법」 제28조의8 제1항 제3호에 따라 이 처리방침에 공개합니다.

국외 이전을 원하지 않으시면 문의 양식과 메일을 이용하지 않으실 수 있고, 이미 보낸 문의는 [email protected]으로 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다. 이 경우 문의 응대는 어렵습니다.

8. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

• 문의 기록에 접근할 수 있는 사람을 대표 1인으로 제한하고, 문의 기록 시트를 외부에 공유하지 않습니다.
• 웹사이트와 문의 양식의 전송 구간을 암호화(HTTPS)합니다.
• 문의 양식 입력값을 검증하고 길이를 제한합니다.
• 문의 기록을 보관하는 Google 계정과, 웹사이트·메일 전달을 관리하는 Cloudflare 계정에 2단계 인증을 적용합니다.

9. 정보주체의 권리·의무 및 행사 방법

• 정보주체는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정·삭제, 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다.
• [email protected]으로 요청하시면 지체 없이 조치합니다.
• 법정대리인이나 위임을 받은 사람을 통해서도 요청하실 수 있습니다.

10. 개인정보 자동 수집 장치의 설치·운영 및 거부

스튜디오는 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 화면 언어 선택(한국어·영어)만 브라우저 저장소에 저장하며, 이 값으로는 개인을 식별할 수 없습니다. 브라우저 설정에서 언제든 삭제할 수 있습니다.

방문 통계(Cloudflare Web Analytics)를 위해 페이지를 열 때 작은 스크립트가 2항의 방문 정보를 보냅니다. 이 스크립트는 쿠키와 브라우저 저장소를 쓰지 않습니다. 원하지 않으시면 브라우저의 추적 방지나 콘텐츠 차단 기능으로 막을 수 있고, 막아도 사이트를 이용하는 데 지장이 없습니다.

13. 개인정보 처리방침의 변경

이 개인정보 처리방침은 2026년 10월 8일부터 적용됩니다. 내용이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 공지합니다.

1. Purpose of processing

We process personal information only to receive and respond to project inquiries, such as consultations and estimates. We don't use it for any other purpose. If the purpose changes, we will tell you in advance and ask for consent where required.

2. Personal information we process

• Inquiry form — required: name or company, contact (email or phone), what you want to build (your inquiry) / optional: type of service, reference services or materials, preferred timeline, budget range / recorded automatically: time of submission, language of the inquiry
• Email inquiries ([email protected]) — the sender's name and email address, and the message

When you visit the website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process connection information such as IP addresses for security and operation. The Studio does not separately collect or keep this information.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how the website is used. When you open a page, information such as the page path, the page you came from (referrer), and page loading times is sent to Cloudflare along with ordinary connection information such as your browser type. It doesn't use cookies or browser storage, and Cloudflare states that it does not store IP addresses. The Studio only sees aggregate statistics that can't identify you (visits, page views, referring sites, and so on).

3. Retention period

• Information received through the inquiry form is kept until the end of the month in which one year has passed since it was received, and then destroyed.
• Email inquiries are kept until the end of the month in which one year has passed since the last email exchanged, and then destroyed.
• If an inquiry leads to a contract, the information needed to perform the contract is kept for the period set in the contract and by applicable law.

4. How information is destroyed

• Inquiry form records are stored only in a Google spreadsheet and are removed from it automatically every day once one year has passed since they were received. The spreadsheet's edit history (version history) is deleted between the 1st and 5th of every month. Inquiry notification emails don't contain your name, contact details, or inquiry details.
• Email inquiries past the retention period are deleted between the 1st and 5th of every month and are permanently removed from the trash right away.
• We don't keep paper records.

5. Provision to third parties

We don't provide personal information to third parties, except where the law specifically requires it.

6. Entrusted processing

To respond to inquiries, we entrust the following tasks:

• Google LLC — receiving form submissions (Google Apps Script), storing inquiry records (Google Sheets), receiving email inquiries and new-inquiry alerts (Gmail)
• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting the website (Cloudflare Pages), visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics), forwarding mail sent to [email protected] (Cloudflare Email Routing)

7. Transfer abroad

For the entrusted tasks above, personal information is transferred to and stored outside Korea as described below. Because this entrustment and storage is needed to respond to your inquiry (handling your request before a contract), it is disclosed in this policy under Article 28-8(1)(3) of the Act.

If you don't want your information transferred abroad, you can choose not to use the form or email. You can also ask us to delete an inquiry you've already sent by writing to [email protected]. In that case, we may not be able to respond to your inquiry.

8. Security measures

• Only the representative can access inquiry records, and the record spreadsheet is not shared with anyone.
• The website and the inquiry form use encrypted connections (HTTPS).
• Inquiry form inputs are validated and limited in length.
• Two-step verification is enabled on the Google account that stores inquiry records and on the Cloudflare account that manages the website and mail forwarding.

9. Your rights and how to exercise them

• You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop its processing, at any time.
• Send your request to [email protected] and we will act on it without delay.
• You may also make a request through a legal representative or someone you have authorized.

10. Automatic collection

We don't use cookies. Only your display language choice (Korean or English) is saved in your browser's storage. It can't identify you, and you can delete it in your browser settings at any time.

For visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics), a small script sends the visit information described in section 2 when you open a page. The script doesn't use cookies or browser storage. If you'd rather not, you can block it with your browser's tracking protection or a content blocker, and the website will still work normally.
